Alexander graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) with a degree in International Relations.
He received a diploma in Law from the O.E. Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MGUA).
He has experience in the field of interaction with public authorities and the implementation of international cooperation projects in the Russian branches of major international companies.
He held the position of Vice President at the National Coordination Center for Processing Transactions with IPChain Rights and Intellectual Property Objects.
Currently, he is the director of interaction with government authorities in the Intelion Data Systems group, one of the leaders in the field of industrial mining of cryptocurrencies.
