In 2007 Sergey graduated from the Moscow Financial and Industrial Academy with a degree in finance and credit. In 2016  graduated from the Moscow State Law University named after O.E. Kutafin (MGUA), gaining official recognition of his high qualification and extensive knowledge in the field of the law.

Sergey has been working in the field of financial and legal consulting for more than 16 years. Worked in large CIS banking groups. Sergey is a specialist in economics and finance, foreign economic activity, international settlements, banking and “sanctions” law. Sergey is English fluent.
