In 2015, Alexey graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation in the profile “Financial and Tax Law”. In 2017, he successfully completed the master’s degree program “Lawyer for Private Business and Government”, in 2020 he completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law. Alexey has completed internships and advanced training programs at leading foreign universities, including Anglia Ruskin University (Cambridge, UK).
Alexey has been working in the field of legal consulting for more than 7 years. Alexey is a specialist in the field of international, civil and “sanctions” law, legal regulation of the turnover of digital financial assets and digital currency. Since 2020, Alexey has been teaching at the Faculty of Law of the Financial University, is the author of more than 30 scientific papers published in peer-reviewed Russian and foreign publications. He is a member of the Moscow branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia. Alexey is English fluent.
